Terms of Service

Welcome to AarogyaPractice. By using our clinic management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AarogyaPractice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using AarogyaPractice on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

AarogyaPractice is a cloud-based clinic management platform that provides appointment scheduling, billing, electronic medical records, lab management, patient portal, and related healthcare practice management tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account per plan

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

AarogyaPractice offers the following plans:

• Solo — ₹499/month (1 doctor, 1 staff, 1 branch)
• Starter — ₹999/month
• Pro — ₹2,499/month
• Clinic — ₹4,999/month
• Hospital — ₹9,999/month
• Enterprise — ₹24,999/month (custom terms)

Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Payment is processed through our authorized payment partners
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. After the trial:

• Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
• Annual plans: Pro-rata refund available within first 30 days of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@aarogyapractice.com
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

7. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data, including patient records, billing data, and clinic information. AarogyaPractice acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of your data. You can export your data at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Exceed your plan's usage limits (branches, staff, etc.)
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, or your internet connectivity.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, your data will be preserved for 30 days
• We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms with prior notice
• Data export is available for 30 days after termination

11. Limitation of Liability

AarogyaPractice is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for clinical decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
